Sign in and manage account security

Use password visibility safely, choose whether to stay signed in and update account credentials.

For HostsUpdated 31 August 2026

Before you start

Use password visibility safely, choose whether to stay signed in and update account credentials. Sign in to the correct host account and confirm the event name before making changes. Use a current browser and allow any save or upload confirmation to finish before leaving the page.

What to do

  1. Open Host sign in and enter the account email and password.
  2. Use the password visibility control only when nobody else can see the screen.
  3. Select Stay signed in only on a private, trusted device.
  4. Use the Account section in host Settings to change email or password after confirming the current password.
  5. Sign out when using a shared device or when another person no longer needs host access.

Check the result

Open the affected page again and confirm the saved information, status or media appears as expected. When the change affects guests, use Preview or the event link on a second device to check the guest result. Avoid making the same edit on two devices at once while a save is still in progress.

Good to know

  • GuestiGram should never ask you to email a password, one-time code or complete payment details.
  • A longer remembered session still expires and is protected by secure cookies.
  • Keep recovery access to the account email address.

If it still does not work

Reload the affected page once and confirm you are using the correct event URL. Note the device, browser, approximate time and exact message shown. If the issue involves a Cloudflare error, include its Ray ID and UTC time. Do not repeatedly submit payments, destructive actions or large uploads while an error is active.

Need help with this?

Send the event URL, device and what happened. The form keeps this guide connected to your enquiry.
