1. The agreement and who we are
These Terms of Service apply when a host creates or uses a GuestiGram account, purchases a plan, creates an event page or allows guests to use that event. Guests and contributors must also follow the parts of these terms that apply to their access and contributions.
GuestiGram is a trading name of Saasybrands Ltd trading as GuestiGram, International House, 22-28 Wood Street, Doncaster, DN1 3LW, United Kingdom. Contact us at support@guestigram.com.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that organisation. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law says cannot be limited.
2. Host accounts and eligibility
A host must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. The account email must remain accessible because it is used for confirmation, security and service messages.
Hosts are responsible for using a strong password, protecting account access and signing out on shared devices. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. A host must not sell, transfer or share control of an account in a way that creates a security or privacy risk.
3. The service, plans and access periods
GuestiGram provides digital tools for event pages, invitations, RSVPs, schedules, travel information, seating, meal choices, guestbook contributions, song requests, photographs, videos, albums and related event features. Specific functionality may depend on the host's settings, guest permissions, device support and service availability.
Every plan includes the GuestiGram feature set. Plans differ by invited-person allowance, photo and video upload allowance and hosted access period, as shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Free access begins at account signup. Paid access begins when payment succeeds. Plan payments are one-off and do not renew automatically.
“Unlimited” remains subject to reasonable technical, security and fair-use safeguards. We may prevent activity that is automated, abusive, unusually resource-intensive or unrelated to a genuine event.
4. Host responsibilities
The host decides what event information to publish, whom to invite, which guest details to record and how contributed content is moderated. The host must have an appropriate lawful reason to enter or use personal information about guests and should collect only what the event genuinely needs.
Hosts must keep event details accurate, communicate important changes directly where appropriate, use dietary information carefully, and ensure that invitation links, shared links and QR codes are distributed to the intended audience. GuestiGram is not an emergency communication service and should not be the only way urgent event changes are communicated.
The host must take reasonable steps to manage their event links, access settings and moderation controls, and to respond when they become aware of unlawful, infringing or harmful content connected with their event. To the extent permitted by law, the host will reimburse GuestiGram for reasonable, direct losses and third-party claims caused by the host's own breach of these terms, unlawful content supplied by the host, or the host's deliberate or negligent distribution or continued use of an event link after becoming aware of misuse. This does not make a consumer host responsible merely because a guest contributes content, does not cover losses caused by GuestiGram's own breach or negligence, and does not require payment of costs that were not reasonably incurred.
5. Guest links, shared access and contributions
Personal invitation links may identify a particular invitation group and must be treated as private. Shared event links and QR codes may be opened by anyone who receives them. Hosts should use the available shared-access PIN and media-approval controls when additional protection is appropriate.
Guests do not normally create GuestiGram accounts. A guest must not impersonate another person, search for groups they are not entitled to use, bypass access controls or share private invitation details without permission. Guest actions may be attributed to the confirmed invitation group.
The host remains responsible for choosing who receives event links and for using the available access and moderation controls. GuestiGram may assist with a rights complaint or remove content, but the host should not rely on GuestiGram to pre-screen every guest contribution.
6. Ownership and permission to handle content
Hosts and contributors retain ownership of photographs, videos, voice notes, messages and other content they lawfully provide. They give GuestiGram a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the period reasonably needed to host, copy, process, resize, transmit, display, back up and otherwise handle that content solely to provide, secure and support the service.
Each contributor confirms that they have the right to provide the content and that doing so does not infringe another person's privacy, copyright or other rights. Hosts may approve, decline, organise or remove event content. We may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary to address illegality, abuse, security, rights complaints or these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use GuestiGram to upload or distribute unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious or deliberately deceptive material; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; expose passwords or payment details; introduce malware; scrape or probe the service; evade limits; interfere with other events; or use the service for unsolicited marketing.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give the host an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Where a third party makes a claim about content uploaded by a host or through the host's event links, the host must provide reasonable cooperation so the claim can be investigated and addressed. Any responsibility to reimburse GuestiGram is limited to the circumstances and safeguards described in section 4.
8. Prices, checkout and Paddle
Prices, currencies, taxes and the selected plan are shown before payment. Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid purchases and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable sales taxes, receipts, fraud controls and buyer support. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
GuestiGram does not receive complete card details. A paid plan is activated only after payment is confirmed. If payment succeeds but access is not updated, contact us with the account email and Paddle transaction reference, but never send complete card details.
9. Refunds, immediate performance and cancellation
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. A full refund is available under that discretionary policy during the plan access period where no media has been uploaded to the event. Once any media has been uploaded, no discretionary refund is available, even if that media is later removed.
GuestiGram is made available immediately after signup or successful payment. By asking us to open an event and provide access immediately, the host expressly requests that we begin performing the digital service during any applicable 14-day cancellation period. Where checkout or another clear step asks for the host's express consent to begin supplying digital content before that period ends, the host also acknowledges that the statutory right to cancel that digital-content supply is lost once supply begins.
For service elements, a consumer who cancels after requesting immediate performance may be required to pay a proportionate amount for what has been supplied, and the cancellation right may be lost once the service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement. These rules apply only to the extent permitted by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or other applicable law.
Nothing in this section removes any refund, cancellation, repair, repeat-performance or price-reduction right that applicable law says cannot be excluded. Paddle's buyer protections and refund process also apply to purchases for which Paddle is merchant of record.
10. Availability, force majeure, maintenance and changes
We aim to keep GuestiGram reliable and responsive, but internet services can experience maintenance and faults. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
GuestiGram will not be in breach of these terms, or responsible for delay or failure to perform, where this is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include widespread power, telecommunications or internet-backbone failures; outages or failures affecting cloud, hosting, storage, payment, email, mapping or other essential providers; cyber-attacks or malicious activity despite reasonable safeguards; natural disasters; fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic; war, civil unrest or terrorism; government or regulatory action; industrial disputes; and material changes to third-party platforms, APIs, rules or availability.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and restore the affected service when reasonably possible. To the extent permitted by law, an event beyond our reasonable control does not by itself create a contractual right to compensation or a refund. This does not remove a mandatory refund, price-reduction or other remedy that applicable law requires.
We may update the service to improve security, performance, compatibility or functionality. We will not deliberately remove the core paid service during an active plan without a reasonable alternative, remedy or refund where the law requires one.
11. Expiry, recovery and independent backups
Hosted access ends after the plan period shown at purchase. During any stated recovery period, host access may be limited to upgrading and available exports. After recovery, event downloads may no longer be available, although the account may remain available for support or reactivation.
Hosts must download important media and reports before access ends and keep independent backups. GuestiGram is an event collection and sharing service and should not be the only permanent copy of irreplaceable photographs or videos.
12. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to those rights, GuestiGram is not responsible for losses caused by a host's inaccurate event information, an unauthorisedly shared link, content supplied by users, third-party websites, device limitations, or a failure to keep independent backups.
For consumer hosts, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is indirect, incidental or not reasonably foreseeable when the contract is made. GuestiGram does not provide compensation merely for sentimental value, disappointment, distress or loss of enjoyment associated with missing or unavailable event content, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If the service is used for a trade, business, craft or profession, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption.
For losses that can lawfully be limited, our total liability arising from a paid event will not exceed the amount paid for that event. This cap does not reduce mandatory consumer remedies and will not apply where enforcing it would be unlawful or unfair under applicable consumer law.
13. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Hosts have their own responsibilities when they decide what guest information to collect and how to use it. Privacy requests and content concerns can be sent to support@guestigram.com.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom or other country where they live. Mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. For payment and refund matters handled by Paddle, you may also use Paddle Buyer Support.
15. General terms
Severability
If a court or other competent authority finds any part of these terms unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining terms will continue to apply.
Entire agreement
These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the plan and price shown at checkout, and any other terms expressly incorporated into them form the agreement between the host and GuestiGram about the service. They replace previous discussions or statements about the same subject, but do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statement or right that applicable law says cannot be excluded. Marketing material explains the service but does not change this agreement unless GuestiGram expressly agrees to the change in writing.
16. Contact and changes to these terms
GuestiGram is a trading name of Saasybrands Ltd trading as GuestiGram, International House, 22-28 Wood Street, Doncaster, DN1 3LW, United Kingdom. Email support@guestigram.com.
We may update these terms when the service, law or providers change. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing paid plan will be communicated reasonably and will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights.
