Before you start
Check server-backed changes when another device shows an older seating plan, approval or event setting. The available controls depend on whether you are the signed-in host or a guest using the event link. Use a current browser and allow any save or upload confirmation to finish before leaving the page.
What to do
- Wait for the original save or upload confirmation before checking another device.
- Reload the affected page once and confirm the event URL is the same on both devices.
- For media, compare the Host Media status rather than a previously opened image viewer.
- For seating, stop editing on multiple devices until the latest confirmed table assignments load.
- If a Cloudflare error page appears, wait briefly, note the Ray ID and UTC time, then retry once.
Check the result
Open the affected page again and confirm the saved information, status or media appears as expected. When the change affects guests, use View as guest or the event link on a second device to check the public result. Avoid making the same edit on two devices at once while a save is still in progress.
Good to know
- Do not keep repeating a save while the service is returning an error.
- Approval and seating data are server-authoritative; old browser copies should not override them.
- Send the Ray ID and event URL to support when an infrastructure error repeats.
If it still does not work
Reload the affected page once and confirm you are using the correct event URL. Note the device, browser, approximate time and exact message shown. If the issue involves a Cloudflare error, include its Ray ID and UTC time. Do not repeatedly submit payments, destructive actions or large uploads while an error is active.
