Getting started

Share your event link and QR code

Use the shared event link and downloadable QR code on invitations, signs and guest messages.

For HostsUpdated 31 August 2026

Before you start

Use the shared event link and downloadable QR code on invitations, signs and guest messages. Sign in to the correct host account and confirm the event name before making changes. Use a current browser and allow any save or upload confirmation to finish before leaving the page.

Use Links & QR codes for the general event link, printable QR code and secure personal invitations.

What to do

  1. Open Links & QR codes from the host navigation.
  2. Choose the shared link's landing page, then copy it when everyone should enter through the same guest page.
  3. Download the shared QR code for printed invitations, welcome signs or table stationery.
  4. Print a proof at its final size and scan it with both an iPhone and Android phone.
  5. Keep a short written link below printed QR codes as a fallback.

Check the result

Open the affected page again and confirm the saved information, status or media appears as expected. When the change affects guests, use Preview or the event link on a second device to check the guest result. Avoid making the same edit on two devices at once while a save is still in progress.

Good to know

  • The shared QR code does not identify a guest group automatically.
  • Use a personal invite link when you want the correct guest group to open directly.
  • Do not crop, stretch or place artwork over the functional QR pattern.

If it still does not work

Reload the affected page once and confirm you are using the correct event URL. Note the device, browser, approximate time and exact message shown. If the issue involves a Cloudflare error, include its Ray ID and UTC time. Do not repeatedly submit payments, destructive actions or large uploads while an error is active.
