Create and manage albums

Curate media into named albums, control guest visibility and download a complete selection.

For HostsUpdated 31 August 2026

Before you start

Curate media into named albums, control guest visibility and download a complete selection. Sign in to the correct host account and confirm the event name before making changes. Use a current browser and allow any save or upload confirmation to finish before leaving the page.

What to do

  1. Open Albums from the host navigation; every new event begins with Main Album.
  2. Create another album when a separate day, activity or audience needs its own collection.
  3. Add a name and optional description, then choose whether guests can see it.
  4. Move selected items from Photos & media into the album; each item belongs to one album at a time.
  5. Use Download Album as ZIP when you need an offline copy of the album contents.

Check the result

Open the affected page again and confirm the saved information, status or media appears as expected. When the change affects guests, use Preview or the event link on a second device to check the guest result. Avoid making the same edit on two devices at once while a save is still in progress.

Good to know

  • Pending or declined media can be organised by hosts but remains hidden from guest-visible albums.
  • Deleting an album should not be treated as the only backup of its media.
  • Keep album names concise enough for mobile navigation.

If it still does not work

Reload the affected page once and confirm you are using the correct event URL. Note the device, browser, approximate time and exact message shown. If the issue involves a Cloudflare error, include its Ray ID and UTC time. Do not repeatedly submit payments, destructive actions or large uploads while an error is active.
