Control which required actions and useful shortcuts appear on the guest dashboard.

For HostsUpdated 31 August 2026

Before you start

Control which required actions and useful shortcuts appear on the guest dashboard. Sign in to the correct host account and confirm the event name before making changes. Use a current browser and allow any save or upload confirmation to finish before leaving the page.

GuestiGram Guest features page showing Key actions, Plan your visit and Explore controls.Demo example
Guest features controls which actions and destinations appear on the guest home page.

What to do

  1. Open Guest features from the host navigation.
  2. Keep RSVP as the required first action.
  3. Enable Meal choices only when every course contains a named dish.
  4. Enable Gift registry only when a valid external link is saved.
  5. Choose optional Plan your visit and Explore shortcuts, then preview the final guest home page.

Check the result

Open the affected page again and confirm the saved information, status or media appears as expected. When the change affects guests, use Preview or the event link on a second device to check the guest result. Avoid making the same edit on two devices at once while a save is still in progress.

Good to know

  • Meal choices remain blocked until RSVP is complete.
  • When every applicable key action is complete, the guest panel collapses to an All set summary.
  • Event and travel details remain available independently of optional shortcuts.

If it still does not work

Reload the affected page once and confirm you are using the correct event URL. Note the device, browser, approximate time and exact message shown. If the issue involves a Cloudflare error, include its Ray ID and UTC time. Do not repeatedly submit payments, destructive actions or large uploads while an error is active.
