Event planning

Set up the gift registry and song requests

Add an external gift link and decide whether guests can submit song requests.

For HostsUpdated 31 August 2026

Before you start

Add an external gift link and decide whether guests can submit song requests. Sign in to the correct host account and confirm the event name before making changes. Use a current browser and allow any save or upload confirmation to finish before leaving the page.

What to do

  1. For gifts, open Gift registry from the host navigation.
  2. Add a valid registry or wedding-fund URL, guest message and button label.
  3. Enable Gift registry as a key action or Explore shortcut and test the external link.
  4. For music, open Song requests and enable the guest shortcut when requests are welcome.
  5. Review guest requests from the host view and share the DJ route only with the intended operator.

Check the result

Open the affected page again and confirm the saved information, status or media appears as expected. When the change affects guests, use Preview or the event link on a second device to check the guest result. Avoid making the same edit on two devices at once while a save is still in progress.

Good to know

  • GuestiGram links to the external registry and does not process gifts or payments.
  • A guest action is marked complete after the internal gift details page is opened.
  • Check external links again shortly before the event.

If it still does not work

Reload the affected page once and confirm you are using the correct event URL. Note the device, browser, approximate time and exact message shown. If the issue involves a Cloudflare error, include its Ray ID and UTC time. Do not repeatedly submit payments, destructive actions or large uploads while an error is active.
