Add or find event and travel details

Publish venue, timings, maps, transport and accommodation information guests can revisit.

For Hosts and guestsUpdated 31 August 2026

Before you start

Publish venue, timings, maps, transport and accommodation information guests can revisit. The available controls depend on whether you are the signed-in host or a guest using the event link. Use a current browser and allow any save or upload confirmation to finish before leaving the page.

What to do

  1. The host opens Event details from the host navigation and adds the venue, address and useful contact information.
  2. GuestiGram creates Google Maps and Apple Maps search links from the venue name; replace either field with a direct share link when greater precision is useful.
  3. The host opens Travel & stay and adds confirmed transport guidance and places to stay.
  4. Guests use Plan your visit or guest navigation to open the details without repeating RSVP.
  5. The host removes superseded instructions when arrangements change.

Check the result

Open the affected page again and confirm the saved information, status or media appears as expected. When the change affects guests, use Preview or the event link on a second device to check the guest result. Avoid making the same edit on two devices at once while a save is still in progress.

Good to know

  • Use full addresses and direct map links.
  • Separate hosted transport from optional recommendations.
  • Do not publish private contact information unless the owner has agreed.

If it still does not work

Reload the affected page once and confirm you are using the correct event URL. Note the device, browser, approximate time and exact message shown. If the issue involves a Cloudflare error, include its Ray ID and UTC time. Do not repeatedly submit payments, destructive actions or large uploads while an error is active.
