Before you start
Check how invited-person limits, upload allowances and hosted access differ between Free, Starter, Pro and Max. Sign in to the correct host account and confirm the event name before making changes. Use a current browser and allow any save or upload confirmation to finish before leaving the page.
What to do
- Open the plan usage card to check invited people, photo and video uploads, and the access end date.
- Free allows 15 invited people and 20 uploads for seven days from account signup.
- Starter allows 50 invited people and 100 uploads for six months from successful payment.
- Pro and Max allow unlimited invited people and uploads for twelve and twenty-four months from successful payment respectively.
- During the 30-day recovery period, renew access or download albums, guest data and meal reports.
Check the result
Open the affected page again and confirm the saved information, status or media appears as expected. When the change affects guests, use View as guest or the event link on a second device to check the public result. Avoid making the same edit on two devices at once while a save is still in progress.
Good to know
- Each persisted photo or video counts once, whether pending, approved or declined.
- Deleting a media item restores one upload slot; moving or moderating it does not.
- Existing over-limit data is retained, but capacity cannot increase until the event is within its allowance or upgraded.
If it still does not work
Reload the affected page once and confirm you are using the correct event URL. Note the device, browser, approximate time and exact message shown. If the issue involves a Cloudflare error, include its Ray ID and UTC time. Do not repeatedly submit payments, destructive actions or large uploads while an error is active.
