Before you start
Resolve common connection, file, browser and allowance problems when an upload does not complete. The available controls depend on whether you are the signed-in host or a guest using the event link. Use a current browser and allow any save or upload confirmation to finish before leaving the page.
What to do
- Read the result panel and note which file failed rather than immediately selecting the whole batch again.
- Confirm the device still has a stable internet connection and the event plan has upload capacity.
- Retry one failed file from its original camera-roll or storage location.
- Keep the browser in the foreground and prevent the device from sleeping during a large video upload.
- Try the latest Safari or Chrome if the current in-app browser cannot access the required file correctly.
Check the result
Open the affected page again and confirm the saved information, status or media appears as expected. When the change affects guests, use View as guest or the event link on a second device to check the public result. Avoid making the same edit on two devices at once while a save is still in progress.
Good to know
- Do not repeatedly submit a successful file while retrying another item.
- Very large videos take longer and should be attempted on reliable Wi-Fi.
- When contacting support, include the device, browser, approximate file size and exact error text.
If it still does not work
Reload the affected page once and confirm you are using the correct event URL. Note the device, browser, approximate time and exact message shown. If the issue involves a Cloudflare error, include its Ray ID and UTC time. Do not repeatedly submit payments, destructive actions or large uploads while an error is active.
