Getting started

Create your GuestiGram event

Set up a host account, name your celebration and open the dashboard for the first time.

For HostsUpdated 31 August 2026

Before you start

Set up a host account, name your celebration and open the dashboard for the first time. Sign in to the correct host account and confirm the event name before making changes. Use a current browser and allow any save or upload confirmation to finish before leaving the page.

The host Overview brings the setup checklist, sharing tools and live event totals together. Illustrative demo data is shown.

What to do

  1. Open Start free and enter the host and event details requested on the signup page.
  2. Choose a welcome template, or leave the template choice set to I'll choose later.
  3. Select the plan you want to use. The Free plan does not require payment details.
  4. Finish account creation and open the host dashboard for your new event.
  5. Review the event name, date and venue in Event details, then check the guest page through Preview before sharing it.

Check the result

Open the affected page again and confirm the saved information, status or media appears as expected. When the change affects guests, use Preview or the event link on a second device to check the guest result. Avoid making the same edit on two devices at once while a save is still in progress.

Good to know

  • Use an email address you can continue to access after the event.
  • New events begin with an empty guest list, Main Album and Table 1 rather than sample event data.
  • You can change the welcome design and most event details later.

If it still does not work

Reload the affected page once and confirm you are using the correct event URL. Note the device, browser, approximate time and exact message shown. If the issue involves a Cloudflare error, include its Ray ID and UTC time. Do not repeatedly submit payments, destructive actions or large uploads while an error is active.
