From your first invitation to downloading the photos, here's what to expect.
Do our guests need an app or an account?
Guests join in their browser by opening your link or scanning your QR code. They can use the wedding website for free without creating a GuestiGram account.
What can we include on our wedding website?
Choose the features that suit your day. Collect RSVPs and meal choices, then share seating, schedules and travel details. Guests can also upload photos and videos, sign the guestbook, leave voice notes and request songs.
Who can access our wedding website?
Anyone with your shared link or QR code can open it unless you enable PIN protection. Add a PIN to control access, and choose which features guests see. Personal invitation links take each group to its own RSVP.
Can we try it for free?
Yes. Try every feature for seven days from signup. The Free plan allows up to 15 invited people and 20 photo or video uploads. You can start without a credit card.
Do we pay once or subscribe?
Paid plans are a one-off payment for your chosen access period. There is no recurring subscription.
How do we choose the right plan?
Every plan includes every feature. Compare guest capacity, photo and video allowances, and the length of access to find your fit.
Can we keep the original photos and videos?
Yes. Download the original, full-resolution photos and videos while your plan is active. Organise them into albums and download approved album uploads together as a ZIP file.
Can we approve uploads before guests see them?
Yes. Turn on approval for photos, videos or both. You review each upload and decide what appears in your guests' galleries and feeds.
What if our plans change after we share the QR code?
Update your schedule, venue or travel details in the host dashboard. Guests see the changes through the same link and QR code, so you can keep using your printed signs.
How long can we use our wedding website?
The Free plan lasts seven days from signup. Paid plans give you six, twelve or twenty-four months from successful payment. Download the photos and videos you want to keep before your access ends.
