GuestiGram replaces wedding tech stress with a single QR code. Guests scan it to share photos & videos, RSVP, select menu choices, see the seating chart, sign the guestbook, leave audio notes & request songs.

You just place the code on your invites or table cards. Guests point their phones, upload their media, and get back to the party. There are no apps to download and no accounts to create.

How is it different from a photo gallery?

GuestiGram combines guest photos and videos with RSVPs, meal choices, seating, the timetable, travel details, a guestbook and song requests. Hosts manage the day in one place instead of asking guests to switch between a gallery, forms and group chats.

What does GuestiGram cost?

GuestiGram is free to try. Paid plans use a one-off payment rather than a subscription, every feature is included, and plans differ only by guest capacity, media allowance and how long the event remains accessible.

How are guest details kept private?

Each event has its own link, with optional PIN protection and host approval for shared photos and videos. Guests can use the event from their browser without creating a GuestiGram account or installing an app.

Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. Guests scan your QR code or open your link in their phone browser. There is nothing to install, no account to create and no charge for guests.
What can guests do from the wedding website?
You choose what appears. Guests can RSVP, select menu choices, find their seats, check the schedule and travel details, upload photos and videos, sign the guestbook, leave voice notes and request songs.
Is our event private?
Your event is shared through its private link or QR code, and you control which features guests can see. Personal invitation links can also take each group directly to its own RSVP.
Can we try GuestiGram before paying?
Yes. The Free plan needs no credit card and includes every feature for up to 15 invited people, 20 photo or video uploads and seven days from signup.
Is there a recurring subscription?
No. Paid plans are a single, one-off payment for the complete hosted access period you choose. There are no recurring subscription charges.
What is different between the plans?
Every feature is included on every plan. The only differences are invited-person capacity, photo and video upload allowance, and the length of hosted access.
Can we download the original photos and videos?
Yes. GuestiGram keeps the original full-resolution files. You can organise them into albums and download approved album media together as a ZIP.
Can we approve uploads before guests see them?
Yes. You can turn on approval separately for photos and videos, then approve or decline each upload before it appears in guest-facing galleries and feeds.
Can we update details after sharing the QR code?
Yes. Your QR code and link stay the same. Update the schedule, venue, travel information and enabled guest features from the host dashboard whenever plans change.
How long is the wedding website hosted?
Free access runs for seven days from account creation. Paid access runs for six, twelve or twenty-four months from successful payment, depending on your plan.
